Delete your Ludo Kraze account

In the app

Open Ludo Kraze and tap your picture at the top of the home screen.
Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
Confirm. If you signed up with email, enter your password.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@ludokraze.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with Google or Facebook, tell us which, and your display name. We'll confirm it's your account, delete it, and reply within 30 days.

What's deleted

Your account, profile, picture, birth year, match history, ratings, dice totals, leaderboard place, blocks, sign-in codes, voice records and plan records. Your name and picture are also removed from other players' lists and match history.

What's kept

Without your name or email:

signed game records, so the other players can still check the dice in games you played together;
reports made about your account, for safety review.

Paid plans

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play plan. Cancel it in Google Play: Play Store → your picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
