Ludo Kraze

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

Ludo Kraze is run by Cozy Game Studios, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what we collect when you play, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: support@ludokraze.com.

Your age

The app asks the year you were born when it first opens, to set the game up right for your age:

Playing offline

Games against bots, and with friends on one phone, need no account, and we don't collect anything about them. The ads in the app do collect some information. See "Ads".

Your account

Online play needs an account. We keep:

WhatWhy
Your email address, and a scrambled form of your password, if you sign up by emailTo sign you in, and send sign-in codes
Your Google or Facebook account number, if you sign in that wayTo sign you in. We don't take your email address or friends from them.
Your display name and picture: one of our animals, or your Google or Facebook profile picture if you choose itShown to other players
Your country, if you choose oneShown on your profile
Your birth yearTo set up the game for your age, and keep voice for adults
When you accepted the terms, and which versionTo show you agreed

Playing online

WhatWhy
Each game's moves and dice rolls, with players' account numbers, in a signed recordSo every player can check the dice were fair. Anyone with a game's code can see that record. It names players only by account number.
Your rating, wins and games played, and your place on the leaderboardFor ranked play. Your display name, picture, rating and tier are shown to other players.
Your match history and dice totalsSo you can see them
A fingerprint of each game's record, kept by daySo anyone can confirm records weren't changed later
Who you played with recently, and who you've blockedSo you can block or report them, and so blocked players don't meet you
Reports you make, and reports about youSo we can review them. The person you report isn't told who reported them.

Voice in private rooms

Voice is live, through our voice provider, LiveKit. We don't record voice. Each time you join voice, we keep a record that you confirmed you're 18 or older: your account, the room, the time, and the app version.

Paid plans

Google Play handles payment, so we never see your card or bank details. Google tells us that your plan is active, which plan it is, and when it ends.

Ads

The free game shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may use your phone's advertising ID and other information to show and measure ads, under Google's privacy policy. Where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent first. Ads for players under 18 aren't personalised. Paying for No Ads, or for Voice, turns ads off for you.

Some of these services process data outside India and Canada.

Our server keeps your internet address only briefly, in scrambled form, to limit sign-ups and stop abuse.

How long we keep it

Your account and everything tied to it stays until you delete your account.

Deleting your account removes your account, profile, picture, birth year, history, ratings, dice totals, leaderboard place, blocks, sign-in codes, voice records and plan records. Your name and picture are also removed from other players' lists and match history, where you show as "Deleted player".

Kept after deletion, without your name or email: signed game records, so the other players can still check those games, and reports made about you, for safety review.

Changes

When this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top, and show the change in the app before it takes effect.
