Terms of Use
Ludo Kraze is run by Cozy Game Studios, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By playing, you agree to these terms. Questions: support@ludokraze.com.
1. The game
Ludo Kraze is a free Ludo game. You can play offline against bots or with friends on one phone, or online in ranked games, casual games and private rooms. Online play needs an account, and is for players 13 and older.
2. No real money
Ludo Kraze is a game for fun, not gambling. There are no prizes, no cash, and nothing that can be exchanged for money. You can't buy points, ratings, wins or better dice.
3. Your account
- One account per person. Keep your sign-in safe.
- Your display name and picture must not be rude or hateful, or pretend to be someone else, including staff or a bot.
- You can delete your account at any time. See deleting your account.
4. Fair dice
Online dice rolls are fixed before each game starts, using numbers from us, from the players' phones, and from a public source. Your phone checks every roll after the game, and anyone can check a game using its code at ludokraze.com/check.
This covers the dice only. It doesn't cover how bots play, who you're matched with, or offline games. A run of bad luck isn't a sign of unfair dice.
5. Playing fairly
You agree not to:
- cheat, use modified apps, or exploit bugs;
- team up with others in a game to help one player win, or lose on purpose to move points;
- harass, threaten or abuse other players, including on voice;
- try to break into or overload our servers.
We may remove points, limit features, or close accounts that break these rules. Winning too often against the same player in a day earns no more points that day, and those games are flagged for review.
6. Ranked play
The winner takes points from each loser. Leaving a game, or staying disconnected too long, counts as a loss. Games whose dice couldn't be fully verified don't move points. We may adjust ratings that came from cheating.
7. Voice
- Voice is only in private rooms, and only for players 18 and older. Everyone confirms this each time they join voice.
- A host with the Voice plan opens voice for their room. Everyone in the room can use it for free while they're there. Voice ends for you when you leave the room, and for everyone when the host leaves.
- We don't record voice. You're responsible for what you say. Use Block and Report if someone is abusive.
8. Paid plans
- Voice: host private rooms with voice, and no ads for you.
- No Ads: no ads for you.
- Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy, with any taxes. Plans renew every month until you cancel in Google Play. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the month you've paid for.
- Refunds follow Google Play's rules.
- We may change prices with notice. A change applies from your next renewal.
- Deleting your account doesn't cancel a plan, so cancel it in Google Play too.
9. Ads
The free game shows ads. There are no ads during a game.
10. Changes and availability
We may change or end features, or stop the game, and we'll try to give notice. We don't promise the game will always be available or free of errors.
11. Our responsibility
The game is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Cozy Game Studios isn't responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by other players, by your phone or internet connection, or by events outside our control. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
12. Law
These terms follow the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This doesn't take away protections you have under the laws of the place you live.
13. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we'll update the date at the top, and show the change in the app before it takes effect.
